The Forever Is Composed Of Nows.

Forever is composed of Nows, simply means living in the present; living in the moment, just embracing and celebrating the HERE and NOW.

Predominantly in all of my blogs, the reference to context would only be those that are related to our Autistis/Fantactic Kids, and even more predominantly, content that brings in understanding to Parents/Caregivers of these kids. Time and again, I would keep reiterating that our children plainly mirror us. So parents and not these autistic kids need all the learning in my humble opinion.

Being a mom of an autistic son, I was always paranoid about my son’s life and future, “What would my son become? Many years down the line, how will he manage in this world? He is so dependent; who will help him in the later years? We as parents understand him telepathically; but what about the others?” were just a few of the millions of questions and thoughts that would rack and wreck my brain every single minute. This in turn was physically and energetically draining me. But thanks to my meditation practices, guidance from my higher self and guides, I paid attention to my paranoia fairly quickly.

Let me give you the Before and After scenarios of “Living in the Moment”.

BEFORE : Completely lost control of all that was happening around me, putting me into a lot of stress and tension, anger and frustration. This was in-turn making my son very aggressive, restless and sad.

AFTER : Everything came to a calm. My inner self found its ease and peace. I had more of my “ME” time all because my son was calmer, happier and improving dramatically.

Let me explain this with a little more detail :

If you are angry about why this happened or regretting anything of the past, you are dwelling in the past. If you are thinking about your kid’s life say for eg., at 30 years of age, when he is just 2 years old now, you are literally pulling that 30th year scenario into the current year, which, if you think with an open mind is actually unnecessary. And as result you fail to concentrate on what needs to be done now and to live the present moment fully. Autism knows no past, no future, just the present.

It takes a lot of awakening of the soul to come to this realization that after all “Time is just an ILLUSION”.

For some people this awakening comes very naturally and spontaneously. But many others may find it difficult, given the challenges Autism thrusts upon them. This is where Meditation is the biggest tool that mankind has been gifted with, for many eons.

Meditation was what helped me awaken from the many illusions around me and Meditation is what will continue helping me forever and always. This is something that I will elaborate on in a different blog.

No more regrets about the past, no more frets about the future. Just the Here and the Now. So for now, lets train our brains not to be a record of the past, but to live just in the current moment, so that our present will be a map to our glorious future filled with more Love, Light and Enlightenment.
